You pay the shop, not us.
Material and labour bills go straight from you to the supplier or worker. We don't take a cut on either.
We charge one fee. 20%.
That's it. It pays for the whole team behind your home: architect, 3D and interior designers, a project manager, the team that prepares your list of work, and a Senior Civil Engineer who oversees quality. You'll know the number before we start.

A usual quote is one rate per square foot. Material, labour and profit are all mixed in, so you can't tell what you are really paying for. We keep them apart.

Do you earn anything on the material?
No. You pay the suppliers yourself. Our only income is the 20% fee.
Is the 20% on top of the construction cost?
Yes. It's 20% of the project cost on the approved list of work. Material, labour and the Site Civil Engineer's salary are paid by you separately.
Do you build outside Faridabad?
Yes. We take projects across India.
